Paul Wright : Gym for everybody
Tags: Gym, Paul Wright
Paul Wright, through his well planned business venture has seen success in a fairly short time. Being an athelete himself, it wasnt suprising that he wanted to start a gym. What clicked was the idea of a franchise, to start with Gold,s Gym thats already a trusted name in this field. This saw almost 100 members being added every month. Enough equipments for everyone to workout, friendly atmosphere was also a part of this successful strategy. At this point, his needs to grow bigger is quite understandable. Its important to construt a strong base and having achieved that it only makes sense to soon start constructing a building.
Paul's idea of changing the brand name would be a good move. Retaining his old customers, he would also try to reach the sedentary population. Any strategy to be successful for a very long period needs constant change, adaption and improvement. Another improvement can be on targeting populations based on occupations.Students might have different needs just as Office Goers are different. For example Computer proffesionals might need different exercises as theirs is a sedentary profession. Thus apart from adding group exercises, discounted offers he could include Diet programs, a little of Yoga, Breathing Exercises etc.
