This video by Bob Holland tells us how Web 2.0 is useful for social networking as most of people can use it to provide their feedback about a product and so in this way its very interacting.I think in future it will be useful for recruiters to chose their deserved candidates.This also helps the job-seekers to interact with the companies and recruiters therefore it is aslo user-friendly.
