Dennis Blanchette's Strategy

I just watched an interview with Dennis Blanchette ceo of Ensure Technologies at michiganinnovators.org. Dennis talks about the PC security product named Xyloc which helps to resolve the typical information systems security. Ensure Technology's strategy for expansion, working close to the customers so that they can understand the customer needs to provide customer service centric approach. Staying close to the customers helped them to trouble shoot the problem associated with their product and aslo provided them an opportunity for further expansion. This is very interesting to point out the strategy used by the Ensure Technology to enhance themselves by closely working with the customers.

Dennis focused on working of Xyloc to help end users to authenticate themselves easily. Dennis talked about the requirements he got from customers like health organizations like keeping track of patients.This interview can be a source of inspiration for start up companies.
