One thing that I noticed from using mapquest webservice is that if I put incorrect address (eq. Seattle, WA, 48197), it gets prioritized by the zip code value, while using googlemaps, it gets prioritized by the city/state value.

Please use my facebook login:
1. username: jaka.robertson2@gmail.com, password:'jobfriends' (without the single quote)
2. put "administrator" as the keyword
3. Map will display 3 green markers (in WA, MI, TX) and 1 red marker (in CA).

Initially, the page would only display two pieces information of a place, the name and address by taking phone number as the input. I thought that it wouldn't be so useful. And plus, since our project (InterestLocationFinder) is using these three APIs anyway, I took another step to incorporate all of them into my Mini Project 3 page. Now user is able to get full benefit from these 3 APIs, rich search results (from AJAX Search), ratings info (from Yelp) and user friendly map (from GoogleMaps). There is no limitation on what users can search on the mashup, however, if AJAX Search or Yelp could not find related info, then an alert message will pop up. We have three main objectives for our final project. First is to use JSON format instead of proprietary format in getting data from FaceBook api. Second is to add review and rating using Yelp api. And last is to improve the search functionality by adding more options.
I have modified our code to use JSON format to grab data from FaceBook api. Click here to test the page and please let me know if you experience any difficulties. The page will redirect you to FaceBook login and display your and your friends' data (name, location, interests).

Paglo also has the ability to share search queries with the Paglo community and with combination of Paglo's open API, it could lead to opportunities for a variety of mashups and dashboard widgets.
