According to a recent report Apple is the one who will lose not the NBC has removed their video content from iTMS. According to the report by Forrester Research, Apple relies on NBC for 30% of their video download sales. Also pointed out in the report is that 19% of of users buy video content at an average of $30USD spent on videos. For more on this check out the article at tuaw.com
