Iphone (is it unethical)

I read an article that was talking about the iphone and how it if you buy one and break the “brick” on it then they are not responsible for what goes wrong. The article debate is if apple is acting unethical or not. I believe that they aren’t because if you change software on your iphone, who says that it won’t break your phone when it has new upgrades.
