Dynamic Edge

I watched the video entry on Michigan Innovators for Bruce McCully, founder of Dynamic Edge. What impressed me was that he set his goals, 2 yrs and then re-evaluate if his business was going to make it or not and that he used Gorilla Marketing techniques when he spent the summer doing cold calls and that he read a book called Good to Great by Jim Collins. Bruce McCully realized that there was more to running a company than just knowing how to do the work. The book, Good to Great, is one of those writings that everyone should read. It reinforces the mantra: anything worth doing should be done with excellence. You can listen to some of Jim Collins' lectures at his site. Just click here http://www.jimcollins.com/hall/index.html.
