Library Traffic Up, Library Health Down

In this clip of Peter Morville on Michigan Innovators, it really opened my eyes to how the way we use librarys is changing. I guess I never really noticed. However, I myself have had a bit of a nostolgic streak if you will in the last year. I have been visiting, as well as actually checking out books. WOW! I've been going back and reading some old favorites, as well as finding new authors to endulge myself in. - And I have to say, sitting in a nice comfy chair curled up with a good book and not straining to view the bright glow of a computer screen has been a nice peaceful change of pace.

I recommend trying this to everyone- even if its to go back and read a childhood favorite again.
