A true artist - Andrew Bird

|

Andrew Bird is an amazing musician. He has a sound that is unique and intriguing to listeners young and old. If I had to "tag" him it would be bluesy-jazzy-singer-songwriter. His lyrics are moving and subtle with random crescendo's that leave listeners begging for more. His violin is soothing and at time aggressive. He plays it with his own unique sound. Oh, and the man can whistle like nobody I've ever seen. During his performances he plays a wide variety of instruments, proving his musical talent.

If you are going to give one album a test drive, I recommend Fingerlings. Try it, trust me.
