Analyzing Global Sourcing
This is a depressing prospect but one that we all need to face because it is going to continue with Globalization. Bill Michels brings up some of the difficulties and benefits of moving / starting an offshore business. I've seen and heard a lot about Globalization lately and this interview is another reminder of how things are changing in this Global Economy..... I wonder if I should change my major?

I wouldn't suggest changing majors. I *would* suggest focusing on careers where innovation and customer service are critical.
