Bruce McCully: Growing 43% in the Next Year

I must say that I hate to see businesses add layers of management.. but, that is unavoidable when you become to big for one person to manage. However, Bruce McCully seems to be concerned about Falling on his face… from what I’ve heard that shouldn’t be an issue. He has been giving a lot of thought to growing his business and planning what he needs to do to make that happen. And, he sounds like he is willing to adapt if there is a problem. Sounds like my management class!
