Carrie Hensel: Creating a Productized Service

| | Comments (1)

On the Michigan Innovators site, there is an article and video about Carrie Hensel and her company Inner Circle Media. This company starts with a semi-finished program, and then tailors it to the individuals needs. The systems they create are content management systems (CMS's) that organize, setup, publish and protect the content they want on the web. They can sell this software to companies, but most often they lease it to their customers. I think this is a great way to develope a piece of software and make sure it works for everyone.

Good summary. You could probably have expanded on your opinion in the last sentence a bit.
