Majoring in IS?

As of now I major in Accounting, but as of lately I've been thinking about switching my major to Accounting Information Systems. I thought this major might fit me best because I like doing accounting work, and I also like to work with computers and new technology. I figured being in IS 247 would be a good start to see if this is something I really want to do. IS 247 is a requirement for a major in Accounting Information Systems according to AIS Graduation Checklist.
