"Web 2.0 and its future Web 3.0" ver. 2

The problem concerning the current web 2.0 and future 3.0, 4.0, ... x.0, in my opinion is bandwidth and the ability to send and receive these growing amounts of data needed to process web applications. I have read a few articles on super-pipes and newly developing technologies that theoretically can send data at terabyte speeds (while this is highly unlikely anytime soon). One article is listed here and I recommend it for a good read.
