We've altered the blog again to improve performance

I've been using this same database setup since last Fall. Some issues may have arisen in it as I have run several versions of the software with it, including development versions. Somewhat like working without a net.

We now get author archives and a few other features that had been missing. There are likely to still be some issues with publishing entries.
